FAQ

Here are some answers to questions I get asked most frequently. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact me here.

Q: When will my jewellery be delivered?

A: Most things are made to order and can take around 4 weeks to reach you - and longer for a bespoke item.  However, I do sometimes have items ready to ship and I try to keep the website update with that info. You can also take a look at the 'Ready to Ship' collection. If you have a special request for a speedier turnaround then I will always try to help so please just drop me a message here and I'll do my very best.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: Bespoke commissions and engraved items may not be returned unless faulty.

All other items may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.  I want you to feel confident ordering from me so if something isn't quite right then get in touch for a refund or an exchange. If you're not happy, I'm not happy! Just send me an email letting me know what you're returning or what the problem is and then post back to me, safely and securely, ideally using a tracked service.

Q: How can I clean my jewellery? The silver's gone all dark!

A: Don't panic, it's easily sorted. Have a read of my Jewellery Care section here.

Q: Can my jewellery be gold plated?

A: I have decided only to offer solid silver and gold as standard options - because I want your jewellery to wear well and maintain its beautiful qualities for a long time...

Q: I'd like to enquire about commissioning something, but not really sure what I want or how to go about it...where do I start?

A: Start by dropping me an email...if you don't know where to start it's no problem. We can talk about possible designs and take it from there. And don't worry, you're under no obligation by having an initial discussion with me. There's more info in my blog post here, and you can also take a look at my commission page here for some pieces I've completed recently.

Q: How do I know what ring size I need?

You can download my ring sizing guide here - or order a ring sizer for free here. And just get in touch with any questions you have...I know it can be tricky, but I'm here to help.

Q: Will my jewellery be hallmarked?

I hallmark all jewellery that falls above the weight thresholds for each metal: 7g for silver, 1g for gold. Anything that weighs more than these amounts must legally be hallmarked.
